Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, and all activities on the grounds of where the event is located, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. To the fullest extent of the law, holder voluntarily agrees that the event’s sponsor, organizer, management, facility, league, participants, participating clubs, Xorbia, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are expressly released by holder from any claims, injuries or loss of personal property arising from such causes or any incidents associated with crowds of people and the consumption of alcohol, unless caused by the willful actions or gross negligence of such released parties. This ticket is not subject to any refund and shall bear no cash value. If issued complimentary, this ticket shall not be exchangeable.
