Featuring: The iconic Sugar Hill Gang, Grammy Award-winning artist Kool Moe Dee, Hip Hop artist and Atlanta Radio Personality, Chubb Rock, the King of Hip Hop, Kurtis Blow, and DJ Grandmaster Dee from the legendary Hip Hop Group Whodini

This group of legendary hip hop artists has assembled to increase awareness about the needs of the homeless in Gwinnett County. Each have topped the charts with hits such as “Friends,” “Wild Wild West,” “Treat ‘Em Right,” “Rappers Delight” and “Basketball”! You are sure to enjoy this night of music, food, and fun!!


This benefit concert will feature five of the most influential “old school” hip hop artists:

Sugar Hill Gang- featuring the first rap single to hit the Billboard charts, “Rappers Delight,” along with other hits such as “Apache” and “8th Wonder.
William Drew Carter (a.k.a. “Grand Master Dee” Carter of Whodini) – with cross-over hits such as “Friends,” “One Love,” “Freaks Come Out at Night” and many more.
Chubb Rock- with Billboard’s #1 hits “Treat’em Right,” “Just The Two of Us” and “The Chubbster.”
Kool Moe Dee- His hits include “Wild Wild West,” “I Go To Work” and “How Ya Like Me Now.”
Kurtis Blow- with hits such as “The Breaks,” “Basketball,” and “If I Ruled The World.”
