On April 13, Chef Tim Byres will host chairman and founder of Louisiana Foods, Jim Gossen, at Chicken Scratch and The Foundry for the first annual Salute To The King Creole Crawfish Festival. From 4:30 - 8:30 p.m. guests are invited to "pass a good time" with Creole tastings provided by Chef Tim Byres and his team, drinks provided by Stoli vodka and Peticolas Brewing Company, and live entertainment by the Zydeco Stingrays. Chef Byres & Jim Gossen will join forces in creating an array of creole-inspired dishes.
