By attending the event, ticket purchasers and guests agree to accept full responsibility for their actions and to indemnify the organizers, Children of Conservation, The Giving Kitchen and Novare Events (Organizers and Beneficiaries) for any claims or damages that may be asserted against Organizers or Beneficiaries that might arise as a result of the ticket purchaser or guest's conduct during or after the event. If I have purchased a ticket on behalf of someone else, I acknowledge that I have shared these conditions of attendance with my guest and agree and indemnify the organizers, Children of Conservation, The Giving Kitchen and Novare Events (Organizers and Beneficiaries) for any claims or damages that may be asserted against Organizers or Beneficiaries that might arise as a result of the acts or conduct of any individual to whom I have given a ticket or on whose behalf I have purchased a ticket.
