Upon completion of your purchase, you must agree to all the terms and conditions of the purchase. All tailgate purchases are final, please make sure that you have selected the appropriate space for the lots that contain tents, RVs, or tents and RVs.
Patrons are prohibited from vending and selling (i.e. food, clothing , alcohol, etc.) at or around tailgate spot including parking lot. All violators will be removed from premises immediately. If patron is removed for any reason, Park and Recreation will not refund any funds and/or payments.
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, AND NO EXCEPTIONS.
The cost of each tailgating spot is $140 plus administrative fees and sales tax at checkout.
Customers are limited to 2 slots per transaction. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
You will not be allowed re-entry into the lot unless your vehicle has a parking decal that represents the tailgate lot you purchased. Your specific lot will be colored coded. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Only Lots D, F, and Upper M are RV’s only; Lots A, Lower M, and Q are RV’s or Tent’s; Lot K tent only; and Lot N are RV's or tents
All tents and RVs must fit within the designated tailgating area (20' x 40'). Additionally, there can only be one (1) car and one (1) RV OR two (2) cars and (1) 10'x10' tent within the recreational spaces.
Vehicle must remain in their designated tailgating space at all times with the parking decal visibly displayed and affixed to the driver's side windshield. Any vehicle without a parking decal adequately displayed on the driver's side windshield will be removed at the owner's expense.
For safety reasons, a generator exhaust riser is required for those using gas or diesel-powered generators, RVs, and trailers and will be enforced for any vehicles exhibiting obvious exhaust fumes which may pose a threat to general health and safety of our patrons.
